Proyek ini hadir sebagai respons terhadap tantangan kepadatan kota, keterbatasan lahan, serta isolasi sosial dalam gaya hidup perkotaan.

Tujuan utama SkyBlox adalah menciptakan hubungan yang harmonis antara penghuni dan alam melalui konsep “Back to Nature”. Konsep ini menjadi kontras terhadap rasa keterasingan yang kerap ditemukan di lingkungan urban padat. Ruang-ruang komunal dirancang dengan mengintegrasikan vegetasi dan cahaya alami. Sementara itu, elemen seperti dinding bata ekspos menghadirkan kehangatan dan karakter rustic yang melengkapi nuansa alami tersebut.

“Vibrant Communal Living” menjadi fokus utama yang mendorong interaksi sosial sekaligus meningkatkan pengalaman hidup urban. Konsep ini hadir untuk menjawab persoalan isolasi dalam hunian bertingkat tinggi. Courtyard utama dan paviliun “SkyBox” berfungsi sebagai pusat aktivitas komunitas. Kedua area tersebut diperkaya dengan penghawaan silang serta pencahayaan alami yang melimpah sehingga menciptakan suasana yang nyaman dan ramah.

SkyBlox menekankan aspek keberlanjutan melalui metode konstruksi inovatif yang mampu mengurangi limbah. Pendekatan ini juga selaras dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa atau Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Penggunaan elemen yang fungsional sekaligus estetis, seperti signage pada dinding, turut meningkatkan kualitas desain proyek. Elemen-elemen tersebut juga menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih terorganisasi dan ramah pengguna sekaligus memperkuat identitas proyek.

Struktur kantilever berwarna kuning yang mencolok dibangun menggunakan metode Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC). Solusi ini mempercepat proses konstruksi, meminimalkan gangguan di lokasi pembangunan, serta mengurangi limbah material. SkyBlox juga mampu menampung lebih dari 500 penghuni dalam 320 kamar en-suite yang dirancang secara khusus.

Proyek visioner ini menetapkan tolok ukur baru dalam hunian urban dengan memadukan arsitektur, alam, dan keberlanjutan. Pada saat yang sama, SkyBlox juga mendorong terciptanya interaksi komunitas yang lebih kuat. Proyek ini menjadi model bagi pengembangan hunian masa depan di berbagai belahan dunia.

The main objective of SkyBlox is to create a harmonious relationship between residents and nature through its “Back to Nature” concept. This approach contrasts with the sense of disconnection often found in dense urban environments. The communal spaces are designed to integrate greenery and natural light. Meanwhile, elements such as bare brick walls introduce warmth and rustic character that complement the natural atmosphere.

“Vibrant Communal Living” is another key focus of the project. The concept encourages social interaction while enhancing the experience of urban living. It also addresses the issue of isolation commonly associated with high-rise housing. The central courtyard and the “SkyBox” pavilion serve as communal gathering spaces. These areas are enhanced by cross-ventilation and abundant natural daylight, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment.

SkyBlox places strong emphasis on sustainability through its innovative construction methods that help reduce waste.
