The renovation of Shenzhen Guanlan Riverside Plaza has been designed to meet the diverse needs of the city and its citizens today, responding to rapid urbanization and lacking character in its spaces and consideration for people.

Based on the concept of a ‘park-like plaza’, the design has reshaped an open space through diverse activities, tree-lined walkways, and cultural heritage, rejuvenating the vitality of the plaza.
