Biro ini telah menghasilkan banyak karya yang tersebar mulai dari Medan, Jakarta, Bandung, Bali, hingga Ambon. Contoh karyanya adalah masterplan Gelora Bung Karno,Jakarta, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Jakarta Selatan, Pusat Studi Quran, Tangerang Selatan, masterplan Grage City Cirebon, Revitalisasi Taman Lalu Lintas Bandung, dan New-Museum KAA Bandung.

Selain aktif mengikuti sayembara desain tingkat nasional dan internasional, LABO. juga pernah meraih beberapa penghargaan, seperti penghargaan dari ARCHINESIA untuk Architectural Exhibition 2012, dan IAI Awards 2015. LABO. juga kerap berpartisipasi dalam pameran arsitektur, seperti Indonesian Architects Week @Tokyo (IAWT) 2011, Jepang sebagai committee, kurator, dan ekshibitor, Venice Architecture Biennale (VAB) 2016, Italia, serta Indonesian Architects Week @Seoul (IAWS) 2017, Korea Selatan sebagai committee dan ekshibitor.
Beberapa karya mereka pernah dimuat di publikasi arsitektur, antara lain di buku 50 Indonesian Architects + Emerging oleh IMAJI Publishing, Tropical Houses Equatorial Living Redifined, Architectural Guide Indonesia, Tropicality: Revisited, lalu ARCHINESIA Bookgazine, dan majalah FuturArc.
LABO. adalah penggagas Pecha Kucha Night di Indonesia, acara gathering komunitas kreatif berformat presentasi sederhana; 20 slides, 20 detik per slide. Mereka juga penggagas Bandung Public Furniture, sebuah proyek mendesain dan menghadirkan instalasi pada ruang publik di Kota Bandung. LABO. juga membuka galeri dan tempat diskusi publik di kantornya, LABO.themori.
Deddy Wahjudi, kelahiran Malang, 1972, yang menyelesaikan studi sarjananya di Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) tahun 1996. Kemudian menuntaskan studi master di Nihon University, Jepang tahun 2000, dan studi doktor sekaligus post-doctoral di Chiba University, Jepang, tahun 2005 dan 2006. Ia pernah bekerja di Biro Arsitektur Achmad Noe’man (1994-1997), lalu di Cesar Pelli & Associates, Jepang dan Takenaka Corporation, Jepang (1998-1999), sebelum membentuk bironya sendiri.
Nelly Lolita Daniel memulai karier di Denindo Karya Utama pada 1998-2000. Nelly juga sempat bergabung di Pusat Studi Urban Desain (PSUD) ITB pada periode 2006-2009. Kelahiran Padang tahun 1974 ini, menyelesaikan studi sarjana Teknik Arsitektur di ITB tahun 1998, dan melanjutkan studi doktornya di Chiba University, Jepang tahun 2003-2006.
Initiated by a doctoral couple of architecture, Deddy Wahjudi and Nelly L. Daniel, LABO. was established in Bandung in 2006. This firm has produced many architectural projects in various regions of Indonesia, from Medan, Jakarta, Bandung, Bali, to Ambon. Some of their projects are Gelora Bung Karno’s masterplan in Jakarta, South Jakarta Regional Hospital, Quran Study Center, South Tangerang, Grage masterplan, Cirebon, Revitalization of Taman Lalu Lintas Bandung, and the new Museum of the Asian-African Conference (KAA), Bandung.

Known for actively joining architectural national and international competitions, LABO. has snatched some awards, like awards from ARCHINESIA for Architectural Exhibition category 2012 and IAI Awards 2015. LABO. also participated in the architectural exhibitions, such as Indonesian Architects Week @Tokyo (IAWT) 2011, Japan as a committee, curator, and exhibitor, Venice Architecture Biennale 2016, Italy, and Indonesian Architects Week @Seoul (IAWS) 2017. South Korea as committee and exhibitor.
Some of LABO.’s works also get an appreciation through various architectural publications, like 50 Indonesia Architects + Emerging book by IMAJI Publishing, Tropical House Equatorial Living Redefined, Architectural Guide Indonesia, Tropicality: Revisited, ARCHINESIA Bookgazine, and FuturArc magazine.
LABO. is the initiator of Pecha Kucha Night in Indonesia, a gathering creative community with a simple presentation format, twenty slides, and twenty seconds in every slide. They are the initiator of Bandung Public Furniture too, a design project, and present “public furniture” installation in public space in Bandung. Deddy Wahjudi, is Malang-born (1972) who accomplished his Bachelor of Architecture at Bandung Institute of Technology in 1996. Then finished his master’s at Nihon University, Japan, in 2000, also his doctoral and postdoctoral at Chiba University, Japan, in 2005 and 2006. He used to work at Achmad Noe’man Architecture Bureau (1994-1997), then at Cesar Pelli & Associates, Japan, and Takenaka Corporation, Japan (1998- 1999), before establishing his own firm.
Nelly Lolita Daniel started her career at Denindo Karya Utama in 1998-2000, then at the Center for Urban Design Studies (PSUD) Bandung Institute of Technology in 2006-2009. This Padang-born in 1974, accomplished her Bachelor of Architecture at Bandung Institute of Technology in 1998 and continued her doctoral study at Chiba University, Japan, in 2003-2006.
