Studio ArsitektropiS

[English text below] Studio ArsitektropiS adalah biro arsitek yang didirikan tahun 2014 oleh Ren Katili dan Albertus Prawata. Sesuai namanya, Studio ArsitektropiS berfokus pada aspek lingkungan, iklim, energi, inovasi desain dan teknologi. Beberapa karya biro ini adalah Low Emission House (Tangerang Selatan), Casa Canoneo (Tangerang Selatan), Rumah Cilandak (Jakarta), dan Rumah Rempoa (Tangerang Selatan).

Studio ArsitektropiS cukup aktif berpartisipasi pada berbagai ekshibisi, seperti Pameran Arsitektur Segar (2015), Fortress of Europe, Venice Architecture Biennale, Italia, 2016, dan Indonesian Young Architects Exhibition (2017). Di usia yang ketiga, studio ini mengeluarkan monograf berjudul Minimum Space.

Ren Katili menyelesaikan pendidikan sarjananya di Institut Teknologi Nasional Bandung (1998), dan meraih gelar master Building In The Tropic dari Institut Tropen Technologie, University of Applied Sciences, Jerman (2007). Sebelum membentuk Studio ArsitektropiS di 2014, ia sempat bekerja di Koln Advent Stadfest GmbH (2004), Gikoko Kogyo Indonesia (2008), dan Universitas Bina Nusantara, Jakarta (2010).

Albertus Prawata lahir di Yogyakarta 1982. Setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan di Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, Bandung (2006), dan University of New South Wales Australia (2008). Albertus Prawata memulai karier dengan bekerja di di Bakrieland Development pada 2006. Sebelum bersama Ren Katili membentuk biro ini, ia pernah bekerja di Aboday (2008). Selain menjadi principal di Studio ArsitektropiS, sejak tahun 2010 ia juga bekerja di Universitas Bina Nusantara, Jakarta.

Studio ArsitektropiS is an architecture studio established in 2014 by Ren Katili and Albertus Prawata. As the name implies, Studio ArsitektropiS focuses on aspects of the environment, climate, energy, design innovation, and technology. Some of their works are Low Emission House (South Tangerang), Casa Canoneo (South Tangerang), Rumah Cilandak (Jakarta), and Rumah Rempoa (South Tangerang).

Studio ArsitektropiS actively participates in various exhibitions, such as the Segar Exhibition (2015); the Fortress of Europe Exhibition at the 15th International Architecture Exhibition of la Biennale di Venezia, the Collateral Event Time Space Existence, Italy (2016), and Indonesian Young Architects Exhibition (2017). They published a monograph entitled Minimum Space to celebrate their 3rd anniversary.

Ren Katili completed his undergraduate study at the National Institute of Technology, Bandung (1998), and obtained a master’s degree in ‘Building In The Tropic’ from Institut Tropen Technologie, University of Applied Sciences, Cologne, Germany, in 2007. Before establishing Studio ArsitektropiS in 2014, he worked at KÖLN ADVENT Stadtfest GmbH (2004), then Gikoko Kogyo Indonesia (2008), and Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta (2010).

Albertus Prawata was born in Yogyakarta, 1982. After completing his education at Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, in 2006, and achieving his master’s degree at the University of New South Wales, Australia, in 2008, he began his career at Bakrieland Development (2006). Prior to founding Studio ArsitektropiS with Ren Katili, he worked at Aboday (2008). Aside from being a principal at Studio ArsitektropiS, since 2010 Albert has been worked for Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta.
