The aim of Arte-Polis 6 is to connect together practitioners, academics, community leaders, government officials, policy-makers, artists and other creative professionals from diverse disciplines and regions around the world to shares concerns about the growing trend of tourism and environment sustainability in its relation to the nature of creative communities in urban, rural and pastoral places, particularly in response to contemporary situations of globalization, neo-liberal economy, the advent of digital technology, environmental issues and the positions and role of society and public realm in the discourse of creative culture.
